These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LilDipMedia.com and its pages, including Brotha2Brotha Hub, Sista2Sista Hub, PettyByName and LilDipFacts (the "Sites"), operated by Lil Dip Media ("we," "us"). By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Sites.

Using the Sites

You may use the Sites for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Sites, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them in unauthorized ways, scrape them in bulk, or submit spam or unlawful content.

Entertainment content

PettyByName shoutouts are humor and satire about common first names. They are not about, and are not intended to describe, any real, specific person. Any resemblance to a real individual is coincidental.

LilDipFacts content is provided for entertainment and general interest. We work to keep facts accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free. If you spot a mistake, let us know.

Your submissions

When you submit a shoutout request, message or other content, you confirm that it is yours to share, is not hateful, harassing, defamatory or unlawful, and does not include anyone's full name, address or other private information. You grant Lil Dip Media a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, publish and share your submission on the Sites and our social media pages. We may decline or remove any submission for any reason.

By signing up, you agree to receive emails from the page you joined and Lil Dip Media. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Purchases

Merchandise is sold and fulfilled through third-party store and payment providers. Prices, availability, shipping, returns and refunds are governed by the terms shown at checkout. Product images on the Sites are illustrations and the final product may vary slightly.

Intellectual property

The Sites and their content, including logos, names, designs, graphics, text and videos, belong to Lil Dip Media or its licensors and are protected by law. See our Copyright Notice for details.

Third-party links and content

The Sites link to and embed content from third parties such as Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. We are not responsible for third-party sites, content or practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Lil Dip Media is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
